Cancellation Policy

1) Order Cancellation Window

You may request to cancel your order as long as it has not been processed or shipped.

Because we often process orders quickly, cancellation requests must be sent as soon as possible after placing the order.


2) How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, email us at help@greenwood.com and include:

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • The email address used at checkout

  • A short message requesting cancellation

We will confirm by email whether your cancellation was successful.


3) If the Order Has Already Been Shipped

If your order has already shipped (or is in fulfillment and cannot be stopped), it cannot be canceled. In that case:

  • You may be eligible to return the item after delivery, subject to our Refund/Return Policy.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are generally non-refundable, unless required by law.


4) Partial Cancellations

If your order contains multiple items, we may be able to cancel some items if they have not been processed or shipped. Items already shipped cannot be canceled.


5) Refund Timing for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation is approved:

  • We will issue a refund to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing times vary by payment provider and may take several business days to appear on your statement.


6) Changes to Orders (Address, Size, Variant)

If you need to change an order (shipping address, size, color, quantity), contact help@greenwood.com immediately. We can only make changes before the order is processed/shipped.


7) Fraud Prevention & Special Cases

We may refuse cancellation requests or require additional verification in cases of suspected fraud, chargebacks, or unusual activity.
