Refund Policy

1) Return & Refund Eligibility

You may request a return/refund if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • The item is returned in its original packaging (when applicable)

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery (or the minimum period required by your local consumer law, if longer)

  • You can provide proof of purchase (order number/receipt)

Not eligible for return/refund (unless required by law):

  • Items marked Final Sale / Clearance

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items that show signs of use, damage after delivery, missing parts not due to our error, or no original packaging (when packaging is essential)


2) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@greenwood.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the item and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

We will offer a replacement, refund, or another solution depending on the case and stock availability.


3) How to Request a Return

Email help@greenwood.com and include:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Email used at checkout

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (required for damaged/defective claims; recommended for all returns)

If approved, we will send return instructions (and, if applicable, a return address/label).


4) Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer remorse (change of mind): return shipping costs are typically paid by the customer, unless local law requires otherwise.

  • Our error (wrong item/defect/damage): we will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide a prepaid label, where available.


5) Refund Amounts

If your return is approved, your refund will generally include:

  • The price paid for the returned item(s)

Refunds generally do not include:

  • Original shipping fees (if any), unless required by law or the return is due to our error

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by third parties (unless required by law)


6) Refund Processing Time

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing times vary by payment provider and may take 5–10 business days (or longer depending on your bank/payment method).


7) Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item (size/color/variant), contact help@greenwood.com. Exchanges depend on stock availability.

  • In many cases, the fastest option is to return the item and place a new order.


8) Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. See our Cancellation Policy for details.


9) Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we may pause support on the order until the dispute is resolved. We encourage you to email help@greenwood.com so we can try to solve the issue quickly.
